Primark x Jet2holidays Prize Draw: Terms & Conditions
  1. The Promoter
    1. The promoter is Primark Limited, with a registered office at Arthur Ryan House, 22-24 Parnell Street, Dublin 1, Ireland (“Primark”). Primark is a data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation.  No provisions of these terms & conditions shall affect any statutory rights of entrants. “Primark” is the registered trademark of Primark Limited.
    2. By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms:
  2. The Prize Draw
    1. The title of the Prize Draw is Primark x Jet2holidays Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”).
  3. How to enter
    1. The Prize Draw will run from 09:00 27th April 2026 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on 23rd May 2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
    2. All Prize Draw entries must be submitted by no later than 23:59pm on the Closing Date. All Prize Draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
    3. To enter the Prize Draw, Entrants must go onto the Primark website via https://cloud.mail.primark.com/Jet2PrimarkApr26  and enter their details (name and email address) for the chance to win, before the Closing Date.
    4. Primark will not accept:
      1. responsibility for Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any posting failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
      2. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Draw.
    5. The Prize Draw entries will be entered into a draw and the winners will be selected by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
  4. Eligibility
    1. The Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 or over (“Entrants”), except:
      1. employees of Primark, Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or its holding or subsidiary companies;
      2. employees of agents or suppliers of Primark, Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or
      3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
    2. In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. Primark may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
    3. Primark will not accept Prize Draw entries that are:
      1. automatically generated by computer;
      2. completed by third parties or in bulk;
      3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
      4. photocopies and not originals; or
      5. incomplete.
    4. Entrants can only enter the Prize Draw once. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
    5. Primark reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
  5. The Prize(s)
    1. There will be 4 winners of the Prize Draw, and each winner will win a Jet2holidays Prize and a £200 Primark Gift Card as per the details below:

This prize includes return flights for up to 2 adults from any UK Jet2.com base to Lanzarote, transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.
This prize must be booked by 7 July 2026 and all travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):

This prize must be booked by 7 July 2026 and all travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):
  • 01/06/2026 - 30/06/2026
  • 01/10/2026 - 22/10/2026
  • 05/11/2026 - 17/12/2026
 
      1. a 3-night holiday for 2 adults (aged 18 or over at the time of travel) in a Prestige room on a bed and breakfast basis at Hotel Monti Palace, Rome. This prize includes return flights for up to 2 adults from any UK Jet2.com base to Rome, AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.
This prize must be booked by 7 July 2026 and all travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):
  • 01/06/2026 - 17/07/2026
  • 27/07/2026 - 03/08/2026
  • 01/09/2026 - 22/10/2026
  • 05/11/2026 - 17/12/2026
 £200 Primark Gift Card:
(e) 1 x £200 digital Primark Gift Card per winner to spend online or in-store across all ranges. Primark will contact the winner via email and send their gift card to them digitally.
    1. Prize at 5.3 (a, b, c, d) – Jet2holiday prizes
      1. The Prizes at 5.3(a, b, c and d) are supplied by Jet2holidays.
      2. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board/transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the Prize.  Travel insurance is not included. Winners must take out their own travel insurance.
      3. If the Prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Jet2holidays reserves the right to award a Prize to another randomly selected entry.
      4. The Prize is subject to these terms and conditions (“Prize Terms”) and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these Prize Terms, these Prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.
      5. Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
      6. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the Prize or any element of the Prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent Prize value.
      7. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.  
      8. The Prize and each element of the Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The Prize may only be taken by the Prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the Prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
      9. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the Terms and Conditions. The Prize duration may not be extended and no element of the Prize may be changed by the winner.  Additional passengers who are outside of the maximum amount permitted in the Prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking. 
      10. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the Prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the Prize Draw or any Prize, or for any loss or damage Entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the Prize Draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
Prize at 5.3(e) – 4 x £200 Primark Digital Gift Card
    1. The Prize at 5.3(e) is supplied by Primark. Primark reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Primark’s control makes it necessary to do so.
    2. The Prize set out at 5.3(e) is subject to availability. There is no alternative for the Prize. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
    3. Validly activated £ Sterling eGift cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise from Primark Stores within the UK.
    4. Primark eGift cards may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
    5. The minimum amount to activate this card is £5 and the maximum credit amount is £200.
    6. There is no right to cancel an online gift card order once the gift card has been spent in full or part.
    7. The gift card will expire 24 months after the last use or balance enquiry and any remaining balance will be deducted.
    8. A Primark gift card remains the property of Primark.
    9. Primark cannot be held liable for gift cards, once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defaced.
    10. The funds on a gift card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some funds on the card may not be available to spend.
    11. Primark reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the Gift Card service, notify of the service's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.
    12. By activating and/or redeeming a Primark Gift Card you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
    13. The balance of a gift card can be checked in a Primark store at any till, or online via our balance checker.

  2. Winners
    1. The winners of the prize draw will be notified by email or using the other contact details provided to us within 7 days after the closing time for the prize draw. We will try our best to contact the winners during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.
    2. The decision of Primark is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
    3. Jet2holidays will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable, using the email address that they entered the Promotion with.
    4. Primark must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Primark will send the surname and county of major Prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails help.uk@help.primark.com  within one month after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw.
    5. If you object to any or all of your surname, town or county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Primark at dataprotection@primark.ie. In such circumstances, Primark must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  3. Claiming the Prize
    1. The winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days of having been notified. If a winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received. Winners must have a valid email address to claim their prize.
    2. The Prizes may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
    3. Primark and Jet2holidays does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prizes.
  4. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, Primark, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Primark, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  1. Ownership of Prize Draw entries and intellectual property rights
    1. All Prize Draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to Primark will become the property of Primark on receipt and will not be returned.
    2. By submitting your Prize Draw entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
  1. assign to Primark all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
  2. waive all moral rights, in and to your Prize Draw entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
    1. You agree that Primark may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website https://www.primark.com/en-gb and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Prize Draw. You agree to grant Primark a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the Prize Draw entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the Prize Draw entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
  1. Data protection and publicity
    1. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the Prize Draw and award the Prize.
    2. Primark will only process your personal information as set out in the https://www.primark.com/en-gb/privacy-statemen.
    3. Jet2holidays will only process your personal information in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy and http://www.jet2.com/privacy ).
    4. When entering the Prize Draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays and Primark. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays and Primark for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays and Primark).
  2. General
    1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Primark may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
    2. Primark and Jet2holidays reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize or the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
    3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
